Usually, orders will be shipped out within 2-5 working days. Sometimes, however, the item you've ordered happens to be out of stock. No worries, we will contact u by e-mail first to tell u the status and estimate the time you need to wait. We really appreciate it if you could keep waiting for it. And we also understand those who're in a hurry, so it will be ok to cancel orders and ask for refund.

There are two main shipping methods available in Jugetek, Air Mail like Yanwen Post and Expedited Express like FedEx, which are the most efficient methods here. And we also offer other expedited services like DHL and UPS.

By Yanwen Post, orders will be delivered in 15-30 working days with tracking service. We deliver the orders to all countries in the world. And for several countries like Israel, United Arab Emirates, etc. The terminal will be delivered locally to the pick-up point, and will not be delivered to your door. After the package arrives at the pick-up point, the recipient will be notified by text message to pick it up. Therefore, the correct contact information of the recipient is very important.

By Expedited Express Services (FedEx, DHL & UPS), delivery time will take only 5-9 days. FedEx is our default service of expedited express, and we can arrange shipments immediately after your order confirmed and payment received by it. Other services like DHL & UPS will be available as well if you leave a note or contact us in time. Please note that the shipping cost does not included any import taxes, and buyers are supposed to be responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not be responsible for any cases caused by delivery refusal. Thanks for your understanding and support.
